Meaning what exactly? Something’s going on for you right now that relates to your thoughts about yourself (maybe you’re being a little overly critical, judgemental, or holding yourself to a standard that feels unrelenting?). Maybe there’s some perfectionism involved… around something you’re finding hard to finish, or you can’t even get started because you’re feeling so blocked. Maybe you’re just holding onto a desired outcome so tightly, that it doesn’t have room to breathe (and therefore, neither do you). This is all coming up to help you release control, let go, and speak to yourself with kindness. It feels annoying because you're avoiding the discomfort of showing up, trusting yourself and your offer, and believing that your clients want to hear from you.
