Come make lunches with me. 🍎🥑🍋🥦🍞🧀🥒 My little one kept me up a lot in the night (molars?!) and my 4yo came into my room at 11:45pm and asked if it was the morning yet 🤪 then again at 1:30am with her pillow. The little one is in my bed anyway so we all snuggled which I wasn’t actually mad about. 🥰 Plus hubby is away for work (although weirdly yesterday I got us out the door earlier than usual!). Suffice to say I woke up feeling exhausted. I’m usually generally okay on low sleep but this morning I was so ratty. I could see the morning going into a tailspin. So… I made an excellent coffee, put @msrachelforlittles on, and got started on lunches, while watching the most incredible sunrise (you can’t see it from here, sorry!) and my mood is back to calm and my nervous system is back to regulated. It’s a good day for a good day! ☀️🙏🏻
Discomfort doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong. Discomfort doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong. It means ✨ it ✨ is ✨ working. Keep stretching your capacity to tolerate discomfort to keep stretching your capacity to grow and scale your amazing biz. P.S. Come workshop this with me, for free, this week.
