I remember the first time I had a kinesiology sess I remember the first time I had a kinesiology session. I could NOT understand how it worked. I could NOT fathom how my body had brought that kind of specific information to the surface of a session. And I realised quickly that I could NOT live without this magic in my life. It was 2013 that I started studying kinesiology, while growing my naturopathy and nutrition biz; while writing and releasing ebooks (remember those!) and courses; while studying post grad human nutrition (and then taking early exit because that was not a soul goal); and of course, while seeing amazing clients. I remember how quickly my client work shifted in 2014, once I'd graduated and began weaving kinesiology into my work. How I went from "full" to "fully booked" with a 6 week waitlist. And I remember how I felt every single time I held a client session... ... how I still feel to do this day when I hold a client session, and how it feels to do this work in my membership, Breathe & Receive. I hadn’t done a shoot for my biz in six years. (My I hadn’t done a shoot for my biz in six years. (My last one happened to be in between lockdowns during Covid.) And in the last two weeks, I’ve done two. In the past, I’ve felt the pressure to do a photo shoot because I felt like I needed new photos just “because.” But that’s not how I see it now. Now, I think new photos in your business represent a new era, a new energy, and a new expansion. So if you haven’t felt ready for new photos yet, absolutely nothing has gone wrong, and the second you’re ready for new photos, it’ll be because you’re ready for the new energy that comes with them too. 🤗 I’m not saying you ✨need✨ new photos for new energy. I’m saying when you do have new photos it’ll be ✨because✨ there’s a new energy. Completely separate, and they can live alongside each other as two truths that exist at once. 🙌🏻 It’s so easy to feel like we need to “keep up” with some imaginary timeline for business growth, for external success. But you don’t need to keep up with anything.
