A new writing piece I’m working on. Finishing up a new system in the biz back-end. Mapping out a new offer idea that landed recently. So I asked my body: what do I want to do now? The answer was clear. Lunch on the couch (with season 2 of America’s Sweethearts!). OKAY IF I HAVE TO. 😂 Take some things off today’s list. Breathe. Let yourself be here. If this has never happened to you… tell me your If this has never happened to you… tell me your secret. 🤯😂🫣🫠 Because I swear, for SO long, every time I used to stretch, grow, or receive something big, something weird (or just downright annoying, painful or stressful) would happen. A wave of comparison. 
A strange client situation. A very wonky boundary. 
A tech fail. 
An unexpected life thing. It’s like my nervous system thought visibility = danger, and my energy would slam on the brakes. Unraveling this pattern changed everything. Understanding the function of the “other shoe dropping” and then rewiring that old pattern into safety is so very possible for you. If this lands… please know this doesn’t have to happen every time you rise. A lot of the narrative in online biz is how little A lot of the narrative in online biz is how little you can work to create amazing results. This is wonderful, and also *kind of* glorified. I mean, working less is great! A goal for many, in fact. 😌 I currently work about 15hrs a week with some snatched hours here and there (often on a weekend when my kiddies are with their dad). And I always trust that all the time I have is all the time I need. ✨ But gosh I’d love to have more of it. ✨ I love being able to be home with my kids; to be able to do drop offs and pick ups: to have days off with my youngest; to block time out during school holidays. But I’m also excited for one day, when I do have more time to do more deep work. 🙌🏻 And yet then I know, I’ll miss these days so much. 🥹 Both truths can be true at the same time. And still, all the time I have is all the time I need.
