If I were a stressed out biz owner trying to do so If I were a stressed out biz owner trying to do something that felt really big in my biz, but I felt held back (by failure, judgement, burnout) here’s what I’d do: ✨ I would stop listening to every stressful, limiting thought and start looking for—and SEEING—the real me. The one who knows she can do this. The one who doesn’t need a perfect plan, or the perfect IG feed. The one who does the big work and knows its not her “perfection” or even her mood that books clients, drops in the creative flow and deep guidance, draws opportunities in and gets the YES—it’s her energy, her belief, and her power (no constant high vibes needed). ✨ I would remind myself the biz I want isn’t found in just trying harder than I am right now (if only it were that “simple”). It’s created by trusting myself enough to change how I see myself, healing the parts that feel scared and seek safety in staying small, and then taking the next brave step. (Even if a part of me thinks this kind of success is only for “other people”, or that my best biz days are behind me.) ✨ I would rebuild my beliefs to (re)build the next era of my business. And then I’d make sure ALL parts of myself were onboard with the version of my success that makes being in my business feel like an exhale. ❤️‍🔥 This is what we do inside BRAVE—my 6-month mastermind for the entrepreneur who’s ready for her next season of growth (more clients, more income, more impact) without being harder on herself, creating another freebie that gathers dust, or starting from scratch.
