I got a call from the legal firm that helped me tr I got a call from the legal firm that helped me trademark one of my products a decade ago. Did I need to renew the trademark? 
No thank you, not anymore. Did I need help trademarking anything else? 
No thank you, not right now. (I didn’t say I now know how to do this myself, and have done so, after skilling myself up.) It took me back to that time; to the projects I was creating and launching; the way I was showing up; the goals I was resonating with. So much of my process is the same—my creativity, my desire, my dreams, my fire—and yet of course, a decade later, I’m a different entrepreneur now than I was back then. I trust myself in ways I never used to. (And I trusted myself a lot.) 
I’ve built skills I never knew I needed to build. (And I was deeply resourceful then too.) 
I’ve built confidence I thought I already had. (Well, I did. I just deepened it.) 
I’ve built a business—and a version of me—that can handle more than I ever imagined back then. (And back then, I was also holding so much with grace.) That’s what time, experience, and persistence give you. 
You grow. 
You get braver. 
You become the person who knows she can handle it all. 
And when you don’t? 
You trust yourself to figure it out. Because you’ve done this before, and you’ll do it again. 🫶🏻

There’s this moment that happens—whether you’re an established healer, coach, or business owner—where you realise growth doesn’t always look like “doing more.” Sometimes it’s an invitation to trust yourself more deeply, to tweak gently, to hold steady in your power while it all recalibrates. And to remember that the trusting, the release of control, and the little pivots are so often what lead us to the *how* that can sometimes feel so elusive. 🌀 Inside the mastermind and in my client calls this week, we’ve been doing exactly that: ✨ Refining beliefs that unlock new capacity, with tears, laughter, and lots of gentle energetic support. ✨ Reshaping offers for more spaciousness, simplifying marketing while deepening messaging, letting pricing reflect growth on multiple levels, and leading from a place of trust in your own wisdom—without second-guessing. ✨ Making space for bigger things, without piling more on the plate or working hours that feel too stretchy.
