When things feel harder than they need to, take a When things feel harder than they need to, take a breath and give it up to the universe. When things feel harder than they need to, remind yourself that on so many levels, you’ve done this before and you’ll do this again. When things feel harder than they need to, give yourself the gift of an extra moment of time and space when you think you need to rush. When things feel harder than they need to, look behind you and notice how far you’ve come. When things feel harder than they need to, look in front of you and remember that so many glimmers still await you. When things feel harder than they need to, become present with this breath, exactly where your feet are on the ground right now, and notice how you’re actually still so very okay. When things feel harder than they need to, remind yourself of how strong and capable and resilient you are. When things feel harder than they need to, remember that things can shift so quickly, and that it happens all the time. When things feel harder than they need to, don’t race into the future (even while you trust so much more good is coming). Put everything else down for a second. Place your hand on your heart. Draw your energy back to you. And trust in the “or something better” that’s already organising everything for you. (Also! Think about the story you’re gonna tell about this. It’s gonna be SO good.)
