If only upper limits carried big signs that said “Hey! I’m your upper limit! Over here!” No. They don’t. Unfortunately for us (or fortunately really, because this is the *exciting* part—yes really!) upper limits look like doubt, feelings of imposter syndrome, loud fears, making comparisons between you + you (past / future versions) or you + others (you know the one), and wondering if you’re anywhere CLOSE to your path. It can look like destruction and feel like death… … because it is. (This caption is getting dramatic really fast!) It’s a death of an old part of you. (With sooooo much love to it.) It’s the death of your smallness before the next level of your bigness that you’re here to claim. And it’s that smallness coming out for a last hurrah 🥳 (but really 😭) before it’s lovingly transmuted—the resistance turning into a roar. Your upper limit LOVES you. But so does the level that’s above, beyond, and past it. So give it a hug, let it know you see it, and that if it thinks you’re safe here, it’s gonna fall on its face when it sees how safe your next level is. 🫶🏻 This is what I’m talking about when I talk about tapping into your own portal of possibility and activating this energy through your voice, your gifts, and your energy. When you realise that you can sit outside in the s When you realise that you can sit outside in the sun and your magic is still being infused in your business? That you don’t need to hold everything up with your mind? (Because that gets tiring fast—ask me how I know!). That you can slow down and time doesn’t run away from you—in fact sometimes it bends to create even more space. I’ve been sitting in the sun on my beautiful new bistro outdoor dining set (cute!). I’ve made a nourishing lunch. Sat down and breathed. I’m not rushing. I know my work plans for the day—and actually right after this, I’m prepping for my mastermind call where we’re refining business models and mapping ecosystems—and time has actually slowed down for me. My business and nervous system are stretching it out. It feels like it’s been 45mins but it’s been 20mins. Because when I’m not rushing, I’m receiving. (And I also hold the paradox that I can receive while being a busy mum. I can hold two truths at once—and so can you.) That’s the power of energy + belief + creative action work blended with clearing, healing, rewiring work. Of blending energy balancing with nervous system healing. Of trusting the process as much as you trust yourself. Of knowing your success is inevitable, and so is your lunch break.
