When you’re feeling the intuitive niggle for more in your business…
… when you know you are ready for what’s next (and I believe it’s only on your radar, because you’re ready), you need to know this:
We don’t create more in our business, if more isn’t sustainable for our bodies.
If you want to sign more clients but underneath it all, you don’t believe you have the space for more… then you won’t sign more clients. And you might make it mean you’re not a good coach, healer or therapist. You might make it mean you don’t know how to sign more clients, or that you’re missing something that others seem to just get.
If you want to hold space for clients in bigger numbers (like when you’re ready to scale!) but underneath it all, you don’t believe you have the energy for more… then you won’t sign clients in bigger numbers.
And you might make it mean you’re not a good coach, healer or therapist.
You might make it mean you don’t know how to sign clients in bigger numbers, or that you’re just not cut out for this kind of work.
If you want to start calling in more speaking engagements and becoming known as a thought leader, but underneath it all, you don’t believe you have the skill to show up and speak at multiple events each month, then you won’t call in more speaking engagements. And you might make this mean you’re just not cut out for this kind of work.
If you want to level up in your income, but underneath it all, you believe you need to be expending a ton more time and energy in order to receive more, and if that feels tiring and draining to you, then you won’t level up in your income, because it comes at the cost of your health. And then you may also think you’re just not cut out for this kind of work.
As I write all of that, my chest feels closed, heavy and constrictive. I feel teary and sad. I feel overwhelming emotions that flood my system and remind me of why I’m doing this work, why I show up in my business, and why helping my clients make more space in their bodies and their businesses for what they truly want, is so deeply important to me.
Just because you haven’t had the space you need yet, doesn’t mean it’s not there for you to expand into.
Hustling isn’t just an action… it’s a thought too, which keeps you thinking you don’t have enough of what you want. It keeps you in scarcity and lack; and let me tell you, it’s hard to create more from a scarcity energy.

What if you could see that you do have space for more clients… if you truly want them?
What if you could see where your thoughts and beliefs about the intensity/amount of energy/time required could be lovingly morphed into beliefs that serve you to sign and see more clients, call in more opportunities and make more money… while honouring and deepening your gifts, your body and your business?

When you show your body and your business that it’s safe to receive more, that you have space to receive more, and that receiving more is sustainable, you will receive more.
