A little while ago, I sold my kinesiology bed (aka, massage table), because I haven’t done an in-person client session for almost a year
(Because I work with my clients via Skype, worldwide, and I simply didn’t need it anymore.)
And then, a few weeks after that, I sold what was left of my liquid herbal dispensary.
(Because in 2014, my work shifted from naturopathy-focused, to kinesiology and business alignment coaching-focused, so while I still prescribe herbs to my clients sometimes, I send them scripts online instead of giving them herbs in-person, and I simply didn’t need my dispensary anymore.)
I sold them both because while I still do that work—kinesiology, and prescribing herbal medicines to my clients when needed—that’s the ‘old’ way I worked.
It’s the way I loved working… until a new way became clear.
It was bittersweet selling those things, those representations of my past, of one way of doing business.
But the sweetness felt stronger than the sadness, because it fuelled my expansion, and because quite simply… not listening to the pull that draws you toward what is helping you grow the most, is what feels most bitter.
Sometimes we feel there’s an expansion taking place; an expansion just out of reach.
And if you can feel that, it’s true; your expansion is imminent.
If you know you’re ready for more, you can draw it in.
If you know you’re ready for what’s next, you can allow yourself to receive it.
Even if things feel like they’re contracting all around you.
Even if you can’t see what this new expansion will bring.
Even if people around you don’t believe what you believe.
If you can feel the ground beneath your feet shifting, your expansion is imminent.
If you can feel the energy around you shifting, your expansion is imminent.
If you can feel yourself shedding what is now old (even if you can’t see/feel/touch what is new yet), your expansion is imminent.
There’ll be another evolution of… you.
There’ll be another time when you know you’re ready for what’s next.
Which also means; there’ll be another time when you know you’re done with what is ‘now’, even though you have no idea what’s next.
Which also means; you might be ready now, even though you don’t know what’s coming.
There’ll be another evolution of you, and it’ll be perfect; even if you don’t (can’t) control it.
You are not done evolving
There’ll be another expansion of you.
… of what’s possible for you.
… of where you’re heading.
… of what you allow yourself to receive.
… of what you allow yourself to hold.
… of what you allow yourself to give.
… of what you allow yourself to dream.
… of what you allow yourself to be.
You are not done evolving.
There’ll be another evolution, another expansion, of you.
And you’ll be ready (even if you don’t feel ready).
You’ll be given what you need, when you need it; if you’ll trust.
You’ll know what to do next, when you need to know; if you let go and surrender to this new flow.
You are not done evolving.
(Even if you think you are.)
As I write in my book, It’s All Good:
Your most intense moments of feeling ungrounded may come right before your biggest expansion. Will you be ready to let go of your old limits, expand, integrate and up-level? Will you let the energy you stand in, the ground you stand on, become more expansive, feel illimitable?
Of course you will.
Of course you can.
That’s why you’re here.
Love,
