Sometimes when we feel triggered or reactive, we f Sometimes when we feel triggered or reactive, we feel like it’s coming up in a way that is against ourselves. What if it was the opposite? What if when you feel triggered or reactive, whatever is coming through is FOR you? To heal, love and grow? What if it can feel yucky… and can also be processed for your highest good? ✨
Whenever I do live coaching and there’s an energ Whenever I do live coaching and there’s an energy balancing/clearing component, my head gets hot. You can see it in this (unfiltered) photo, my cheeks look warm (and they feel it too!). 😂 It happens when I hold space for my clients, when I guide through belief change and energy work. It starts anytime during the call, and lasts until I go and rinse my wrists under cool running water, three times for each wrist, repeating the word ‘clear’ each time, for a total of six times. Then magically, my face and head cools down. It’s happened for years, after every single live coaching call, energy balancing session or workshop, whether it’s online or in person. I celebrate it. 🥳 AND I also clear it away after the call or workshop, coming back to my own presence, energy and power. 🙌🏻 It’s part of my magic and process, and I wouldn’t change it for the world. ✨ (And when I do in-person Reiki, I burp a lot haha. That’s how energy is shifted through me. It sometimes happens on 1:1 and group calls too, but the hot head thing is my signature.)

I stressed out that I wouldn’t complete the content/coaching info in time for delivery. I thought I needed a lot of time to get everything ‘right’.⁠ ⁠ Now, things are different… and I wouldn’t change how I did anything in the past.⁠ ⁠ Everything evolves, including your evolution. ⁠🙌🏻 ⁠ I love how I’ve created everything I’ve created, even the times I was stuck in comparison, perfectionism and overwhelm. ⁠ ⁠ I did it all in the way I wanted/needed to then. It taught me loads.
