Sometimes selling feels so annoying, and I get it. Sometimes selling feels so annoying, and I get it.

But you're not avoiding it because it feels annoying.

It feels annoying because you're avoiding the discomfort of showing up, trusting yourself and your offer, and believing that your clients want to hear from you.

Comment "podcast" and I'll send you the link to tune into episode 194 of the Love What You Create Podcast, on how to sell when selling feels annoying.
Not enough time is given to talking about how brav Not enough time is given to talking about how brave you have to be to launch something new into the world.

To back it up with action and not just excitement.

To keep going before the evidence appears.

To keep going when the momentum feels like it’s slowing down.

To build it back up from your grit and desire.

To put yourself in front of what you want, and then open your arms and heart to bring it in.

Come get even braver in your launches. ❤️

If you've ever looked at your to-do list and wonde If you've ever looked at your to-do list and wondered why some days you can get through everything… and other days you can't seem to start anything, you'll love the latest ep on the Love What You Create podcast.

I'm sharing some coaching I gave to a client inside my mastermind, about planning your week in a way that honours your natural energy, instead of forcing yourself into rigid schedules that don't actually work for you.

Inside this episode, I take you through:

✨ The difference between resistance and genuine fatigue (and why they need completely different responses)

✨ Why planning your week is often more supportive than planning every hour

✨ How to create consistency without perfection

✨ Simple tools that help you build momentum when you feel stuck

✨ Why trusting your own rhythm might actually help you get more done

If you've been feeling behind, overwhelmed, or frustrated with yourself lately, I hope this episode reminds you that you don't need a different personality to grow a beautiful business—you just need a way of working that supports you, instead of stresses you.

We’ve been taught that consistency means showing u We’ve been taught that consistency means showing up exactly the same way, every single day.

I don’t think that’s true, and it’s definitely not true for me and the season of life I’m in right now.

Some days, I can sit down and have big chunks of time in which to write and create.

Some days I have less than 30 minutes to get a big task done.

And yesterday I took a nap at 1pm! What.

There are so many ways to show up and build/grow/sustain your business.

The biggest thing I’ve learned is to honour the difference between resistance and fatigue.

Resistance says “I don’t know if I can do this.”

Fatigue says “I genuinely don’t have the capacity today.”

One wants you to grow.

The other wants you to rest.

Learning the difference, and honouring my personal creative energy, rhythm, and flow, has changed the way I work. (And reduced the guilt trips I used to give myself if I didn’t get “enough” done.)

You probably don’t need a stricter schedule.

You probably need to trust yourself, and your own energy, a lot more.
