So many of us walk around with a quiet sense of “n So many of us walk around with a quiet sense of “not enoughness.”

I’ve written an entire book on it… and still, working with all parts of myself to remind myself of my worth (on hard days, before big leaps, during overwhelming periods of transition, and sometimes just while sitting in the traffic) is part of my every day. 🙏🏻

Tapping into your enoughness isn’t something you do once, and you’re done. 

(Although, how convenient would that be! If only there was an app for that.)

But no, being human means feeling feelings. 🫠

And feeling feelings means knowing you have the power to make your discomfort become the spark for growth so big, even you didn’t see it coming. 🤭

It starts with the desire to move towards more joy, and/or the desire to move away from pain. 

Some days, one feels easier than the other. 

Some days, one feels more efficient than the other. 

And without placing meaning on either road to more momentum, ease, and peace… you get to just take the road that feels closest today, trusting it’s taking you towards your tomorrow. ✨
