I got the best voice note from one of my amazing clients…

… a brilliant messaging and storytelling strategist, Xindi (I was just on her podcast, come listen here and watch here).

With so much love, she asked me if I would be open to hearing about her experience of being in last week’s Writing Room session.

Of course. I said.

First up, she said this (word for word):

“I did the tapping and the clearing sessions from The Writing Room. Literally that evening after I did it, I had a whole course idea being downloaded immediately. And I feel really solid it. I’ve been trying to come up with some sort of idea for the longest time now, but I could just never think of a topic that I feel good about, that I feel embodied in. And after we did that clearing session, everything just came out at like 10pm in the evening. I wrote it all down and decided to see how I felt about it the next day. It’s been two days now, and it’s getting better and better. More and more and more is coming in, and I feel better and better about it every single day.”

And THEN she said this:

“Having attended the first call, I feel like the messaging assets you have now just do not do what we’re doing justice. Like, I feel like we’re covering so much more than just creating and writing stuff.”

She told me I need to bring way more of my genius into my messaging.

And she’s so right. (And I thanked her deeply while she generously offered some more of her thoughts.) 👏🏻

You’re energetically and somatically clearing years of pent up creative stress, perfectionism, overwhelm, and hustle energy so that your mind quietens down, your creative flow opens up, your fears and worries melt away and your voice feels stronger, clearer, more confident that ever before.

And you’re doing all of this with me, and a crew of other creative powerhouses (yes you’re included in that statement!) who have beautiful work to do, and who know it’s time to sit down and do it (without the perfectionism that says “Wait! I’m not ready yet!”).

You won’t just write.

You’ll uplevel your voice, clear your energy, ground into a new level of your own genius, and move your body of work from that spinning rainbow wheel of death to “DONE”, moving it out into the world without procrastination, building momentum without the mind drama, and saying yes to yourself without second guessing every single move (or em dash).
