Over the past few years, I’ve become an absolute pro at getting A LOT done in my biz, in very little time.
Do I wish I had more time?
Almost every day. (Truly.)
I’m not glorifying hustle culture… so I’m showing you another way to show up, when you have way less time that you’d like.
I’m proud of how I’ve been able to show up for my biz, my clients, and my creativity over the past few years.
It can look like it’s “easy” to build a successful biz when you can work as many hours a day and week as you want, but my life doesn’t look like that anymore, and I’m sure yours doesn’t either.
In this episode, I’m sharing how to keep showing up, creating, serving your clients and generating income when life feels full and your capacity feels low—without forcing yourself to operate like you’re in a completely different season.
We talk about taking something off your plate on purpose (instead of procrastinating on it while feeling guilty), separating what’s urgent from what’s actually important, and noticing where shiny object syndrome, perfectionism or freeze mode might be pulling you away from the work that genuinely matters.
I’m also sharing part of my Consistency Plan from inside my mastermind.
Plus, we explore why creating actual empty space can expand your capacity, how consistency doesn’t have to mean performing every day, and why sometimes growth looks less like doing more… and more like honouring the season you’re in.
In this episode:
- Taking something off your plate, without guilt
- Urgent vs important tasks
- Focusing on the work that actually moves your business forward
- Shiny object syndrome, freeze mode + perfectionism
- Why you need space where you’re doing nothing
- Creating consistency within your current capacity
- The three-hour-a-week Consistency Plan
- Letting “plodding along” be enough for this season
And my fave reframe of the ep: What if you didn’t need more time or energy to create the results you want? Huh.
